Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you can still sign in to VoiceReel, you can delete your account directly from the app:

1. 1Open VoiceReel and go to Settings.
2. 2Tap "Delete account".
3. 3Confirm. You are signed out immediately and your account is deactivated right away.
4. 4Your account and personal data are then permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity:

• To: voicereel@ainostec.com
• Subject: Delete my account
• Include the email address you used to sign in (Apple, Google, or email).

We verify the request against the account owner and then schedule permanent deletion. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

What is deleted

Permanent deletion removes the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account profile (email address, display name, profile picture reference, and sign-in identifiers).
• AI-generated scripts and their revisions, AI voice audio, and transformed audio you created.
• Your scheduled calls and push notification tokens.
• Your voice clones. We instruct ElevenLabs to delete them and retry until it confirms.
• Your support tickets and your entries in our internal AI request log.

Favorites, recently played scenes, saved caller presets, and voice-changer recordings are stored only on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account from the app clears the app's local data on that device, and uninstalling the app removes it.

What may be retained

A limited set of records is kept after deletion, as described in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy:

• Purchase and tax records, for up to 7 years, as required by accounting and tax law.
• Credit-ledger and subscription records, linked only to an anonymous account record that no longer holds your email address, name, or sign-in identifiers.
• The record of your voice-clone consent, as evidence that consent was given.
• Security audit trail entries linked to your account, kept only as long as needed to detect and investigate abuse and fraud. The IP address and device/app description stored on them are erased within 30 days.
• Hashed email records of password-reset and web-deletion attempts. These are not linked to an account; email us if you want the records about your email address removed.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove content. Inside the app you can delete individual saved items, such as generated scripts and voice recordings, from your Library while keeping your account active.

How long it takes

Account deactivation is immediate: once you confirm, your account stops working and your authentication is invalidated. Permanent erasure of your account and personal data is completed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).
